This paper describes an algorithm to realize a small-world type ad-hoc communication network among autonomous mobile agents. An ad-hoc network means a network emerged by local negotiations without central manager. We formulate the development of the ad-hoc communication network, then we try to design the parameters for individualt behaviors.
