アブストラクト
This article proposes an oscillator network with capacitive couplers as a model for neural systems. We regard an oscillator as a simple model for neural firing. A capacitive coupler is introduced to simulate the threshold function and concentration changes of chemicals, which are common features of neural systems. The combination of oscillators and capacitive couplers enables logical operations, absolute function, gain variable amplifiers, and so on. These features of the proposed network facilitate adaptive control implementation. We explain the mechanisms of basic functions in the proposed network and demonstrate the adaptive control implementation based on the functions.
