Abstract. In this paper, we will introduce a basic simulation model, using SOARS. We designed the simple simulation model of a building fire to describe the agents' escaping action from a fire. In this simulation, a fire broke out in a building suddenly. A fire rapidly spread across the floor, and even to the next floor. The people have to escape from the building when they found or noticed the fire. We will show the algorithm and the result, how the fire spread the floor and the people escaped from the fire, of this model and the possibility of future model.
