This paper introduces a mobile platform which utilizes the novel propulsion mechanism, “Rotary Surface Wave Mechanism (RS-Wave mechanism).” This mobile platform features in its simple structure with water and dust tight properties. The principle and design of this mobile platform is introduced, and several basic experimental results are presented.
