We studied spontaneous superlattice formation in Nb dope SrTiO3 thin films grown on (001) SrTiO3
substrates by dynamic aurora pulse laser deposition. X-ray diffraction analysis revealed satellite reflections
around thin film peak, indicating spontaneous superlattice formation in the out-of-plane direction. The
superlattice films have electrical conduction and thermoelectrical properties. We found Seebeck coefficient
increases as superlattice period is shorter.
