アブストラクト 本稿では、来日留学生及び日本で就職した留学生中の最大グループである中国出身留学生を主対象に、他国出身の留学生（以下、他国留学生と呼ぶ）との比較、中国人留学生の中の理工系と文系の者の比較を通じ、日本での就職、職場・生活環境の受け止め方や将来計画における傾向を解明し、彼らが日本社会で定着して活躍するための示唆を導く。
